Wootzano returned to trading after entering liquidation rather than disappearing or transferring to a successor
Wootzano entered liquidation in November 2025 following lender action, but the Court of Session later paused the process and permitted the same company to resume trading, fulfil existing orders and accept new ones under interim supervision. Wootzano Limited remained listed as active after the court permitted trading to resume. Its present operation is therefore neither an uninterrupted normal trading history nor a brand revival by a different company: it is the original company trading again while its liquidation process is court-paused.
