Agile Robots introduces Agile ONE SN humanoid reference platform with NVIDIA
The compact research humanoid combines GR00T 1.7, Jetson Thor and two tactile hands, with availability planned for early 2027.

Agile Robots has introduced Agile ONE SN, a compact humanoid research platform preconfigured with NVIDIA Isaac GR00T software and Jetson Thor computing. Presented at GTC Berlin on 21 October, the system is scheduled for availability in early 2027 and combines demonstration capture, simulation, training and physical testing in one development platform.
Agile Robots specifies a height of 1.4 metres and weight of 43 kg. The Agile ONE S body has 31 degrees of freedom and carries up to 3 kg per arm. Two WUJI Hand 2 five-finger hands add 20 degrees of freedom each, taking the configuration to 71 overall. NVIDIA’s announcement specifies tactile sensing and 1 kHz force control for each hand, alongside 2,070 FP4 teraflops and 128 GB of unified memory from Jetson Thor.
Head-mounted RGB-D cameras, wrist cameras, 3D lidar and inertial sensing provide views of the workspace and the robot’s motion. The preconfigured software includes the GR00T 1.7 vision-language-action model, whole-body control and a workflow covering data collection, generated training data, simulation, evaluation and deployment. URDF and USD assets let researchers import the robot into Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab. Teams can also integrate selected components into their existing software.
Agile Robots is exploring integration with NVIDIA’s Halos safety platform, including IGX Thor-based design and validation. Stanford University and ETH Zurich are among the institutions expressing interest in the research system.
The company introduced its full-size Agile ONE industrial humanoid in November 2025 for material handling, machine tending, tool use and manipulation. Agile ONE SN becomes the compact research member of that portfolio, with Agile Robots planning to transfer skills and data developed on SN to the industrial platform.
