Humanoid Outlines Manufacturing and Scale-Up Roadmap
Humanoid is pairing contract manufacturing with major deployment and supply commitments as HMND 01 moves toward beta.
Speaking to Forbes, Humanoid CEO Artem Sokolov said their wheeled HMND 01 can address approximately 90% of industrial use cases without the complexity of bipedal locomotion.
The company has so far completed pilots with Bosch, Schaeffler, Siemens, SAP and Ford. Schaeffler has agreed a phased four-digit deployment through 2032 and will also cover more than 50% of Humanoid’s joint-actuator demand through 2031.
Bosch is Humanoid’s European contract manufacturer, with several hundred robots planned for 2027. Beta is targeted for Q4 2026, followed by a company target of 150,000 robots manufactured in 2030 through multiple contract manufacturing partners.
Humanoid also claims more than 34,000 nonbinding preorders representing an approximately $2.4 billion commercial pipeline.
The roadmap follows Humanoid’s $152 million Series A in July, which valued the company at $1.35 billion post-money and brought total funding to $270 million. Prime Movers Lab led the round, with Bosch and Schaeffler participating alongside Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital and Aglaé Ventures.
