Mujin disclosed a $233 million first close of its Series D on 2 December 2025, consisting of $133 million in equity and $100 million in debt financing. NTT Group led the equity round, with Qatar Investment Authority as co-lead investor alongside Mitsubishi HC Capital Realty and Salesforce Ventures; the debt came from Japanese financial institutions. The combined $233 million should not be presented as an entirely equity-funded round. ·
The financing will support MujinOS, which combines perception, real-time motion planning, digital twins and coordination of industrial robots and material flows. Its software is used for tasks such as picking, storage and handling across equipment from different manufacturers, allowing integrators to build applications around a common control platform.
Mujin plans to expand engineering, implementation and service capacity in Europe and the United States. The first close brings reported cumulative financing to $411 million, including the new debt component. A second close with additional participation from existing investors was planned, so those prospective commitments are separate from the announced $233 million.
