Major funding rounds

€500MGrowth financing

STARK raised €500 million with participation from the NATO Innovation Fund, Sequoia, Founders Fund, Project A, Air Street Capital, 201 Ventures, Advent and Döpfner Capital. More than 80% will go into research, development and manufacturing, including electronic-warfare facilities and increased production.

The company builds unmanned defence systems across air, land and sea and had established more than 20,000 square metres of production capacity. The new capital supports a target of thousands of systems per month and further development of European defence capabilities. That production rate is an expansion objective, with the financing confirmed by an investor on June 25.

Wujie Power / AnyVerse

>$200MAngel

AnyVerse, also known as Wujie Power, completed an angel financing exceeding $200 million. Investors included JD-affiliated funds, C Capital, Hony Capital, Shengyu and Fengyuan, alongside returning backers Linear Capital, HongShan, Huaye Tiancheng and Yarui. Caixin separately reported that a pre-A of nearly $200 million was approaching closing; that prospective financing is excluded from the completed angel amount.

Founded in 2025, the company is developing general-purpose embodied intelligence and robot systems. The financing backs its development of machines that combine physical hardware with perception and control software for work in real environments.

RMB1BStrategic financing round

Lightwheel completed a RMB1 billion strategic financing round. Participants included Zhongguancun Science City Fund, Sichuan and Shandong development funds, Giant Network, Yusys, Boton and other industrial and financial investors, alongside returning shareholders.

The proceeds support infrastructure for robot learning, evaluation and deployment, including human-behaviour datasets, synthetic simulation data and industrial assessment tools. Expanding these systems lets robot developers gather training experience and test capabilities before moving into physical environments. The transaction is a financing round with strategic investors rather than a disclosed acquisition of a specific stake.

RMB 300MSeries C

SENAD completed a RMB300 million Series C, disclosed on June 25, to expand its logistics robotics platform. The financing accompanied the release of Robot Insight-World V3.0, developed from its robot-intelligence work with Tsinghua University.

Its robots automate loading, unloading and other material-handling work. The model and control architecture connect perception with decisions and physical actions, allowing machines to handle logistics scenes where objects and working conditions vary. The funding supports development and commercialisation of that platform.

MICBOT (JuWei Technology)

Several hundred million RMBSeries B1

MICBOT, the special-purpose robotics company also known as JuWei Technology, completed a Series B1 of several hundred million renminbi at a valuation approaching RMB4 billion. The valuation describes the company’s equity value and is separate from the amount raised.

Its wheel-legged robots are being used in mining, aluminium production and chemical facilities. The new capital supports datasets gathered from physical robots under extreme operating conditions and development of an industrial robot intelligence system, with the aim of improving performance in unstructured environments.

DeepCybo

Several hundred million RMBNew financing

DeepCybo completed a financing of several hundred million renminbi led by China Life’s Yangtze River Delta technology fund. Returning investors Puhua Capital and Chengtong participated alongside Blue Lake Capital, Beyondsoft and other investors. This was its second financing in two months; the disclosed figure describes the latest round.

The company develops a physical-AI stack spanning data, models, robots and applications. Its DeepAct dataset captures first-person human activity for training robot policies, while its hardware includes the Prime humanoid, data-collection equipment and teleoperation systems. The proceeds support further development across that stack, including turning human demonstrations into manipulation skills for physical robots.
