TachinGlove records tactile signals across the fingers and palm using an ultra-thin flexible electronic-skin array. The glove captures normal and shear forces during grasping, pressing and slipping, with USB and WiFi connection options and Windows/Linux support. The accompanying tools support Python and C++ workflows for embodied-AI training, robot teleoperation and other hand-interaction data collection.
Founded in early 2020, Tachin combines materials research, device engineering, embedded hardware and AI software. Its headquarters is in Beijing, with subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, supporting development of flexible sensing and electronic-skin systems alongside the wearable data-acquisition products.
