Accuracy of information
We aim to provide evidence-backed analysis, but public information may be incomplete, change over time or contain errors. Korthos does not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free. Corrections and supporting sources can be submitted through the site's submission tools.
Market and financial data
Prices, returns, market capitalisations, funding amounts, valuations and currency conversions may be delayed, estimated, rounded or derived from third-party and public sources. Comparable US-dollar values are contextual estimates rather than executable prices. Verify material figures with the cited source and an appropriate professional before relying on them.
External sources and embeds
This site references, links to and may reproduce limited material from third parties for reporting, criticism, review, quotation and evidentiary context. Rights in third-party material remain with their owners. Use is intended to follow applicable licence terms and UK copyright exceptions, including fair dealing where relevant. External sites are responsible for their own content and practices.
Submissions
If you submit information, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that it is not knowingly false, unlawful, confidential or infringing. You permit Korthos to review, verify, edit and publish submitted material and related attribution. Submission does not guarantee publication. Do not submit personal, confidential or payment information that is not required by the relevant form.
Commercial listings
Korthos provides distribution for company-posted Jobs, Opportunities and other Discovery listings. Korthos is not the employer, recruiter, agent, supplier or contracting party in transactions or relationships arising from a listing. Submitters are responsible for the accuracy of their information and for holding the rights and authority needed to publish it.
Paid publication terms begin when a listing goes live, not when its form is submitted or payment is made. Payment alone does not guarantee publication: the listing must pass Korthos preflight and verification checks, and flagged submissions may remain private for review. Korthos may edit, suspend or remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant or otherwise violates its publishing standards. A legitimate paid listing declined by Korthos as outside scope is eligible for a full refund; abuse, spam, misrepresentation or other policy violations may be removed without refund. Payment purchases listing distribution only and does not purchase or influence Korthos editorial coverage, rankings, research conclusions or amplification.
Where Korthos provides a private management link, the submitter is responsible for keeping it confidential and for promptly requesting updates or removal when a listing is no longer accurate or current.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korthos is not liable for decisions made based on site content, errors or omissions, service interruption or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
All original writing and visuals on this site are the property of the author unless otherwise credited.
