About Rovex Technologies
Rovex designs hospital transport around equipment and buildings already in use. Before deployment, it models a facility with a digital twin to assess navigation and transport workflows. Rovi combines computer vision with an attachment system for moving stretchers, while the broader development programme extends to beds and other hospital equipment.
The company focuses on low-acuity patient movement and reducing the physical and logistical burden on clinical staff. Its hospital pilot provides an environment for testing these workflows alongside healthcare teams. Co-founder David Crabb brings experience practising emergency medicine across nine hospitals and emergency departments in three states.
