Hadrian raises $1.37 billion
Hadrian raised $1.37 billion in Series D financing, the largest disclosed private capital raise across this week.
The company is building highly automated factories for aerospace and defence production which combine robotics, software and manufacturing infrastructure.
This follows Hadrian’s continued expansion of its US manufacturing footprint as capital continues to move into automated defence-production capacity.

Unitree prices its STAR Market IPO at roughly $9 billion
This now implies a post-issue market value of approximately RMB61 billion ($9 billion).

PaXini raises RMB1 billion
PaXini raised 1 billion RMB (approximately $147 million) in strategic financing, taking cumulative funding disclosed by the company to approximately 3.5 billion RMB (approximately $515 million).
The Shenzhen company develops humanoid robots alongside tactile sensors and multimodal tactile-intelligence systems, giving it exposure across both complete robots and the component layers.

Agile Robots takes majority stake in XNG Automation
Agile Robots acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-based XNG Automation, extending its industrial automation and integration footprint in India.
XNG is known for factory and intralogistics automation systems. The investment continues Agile Robots’ strategy of combining its robotics technology with acquired industrial-integration businesses.
Agile Robots has now acquired more than a dozen companies as it builds out this model.
The Wall Street Journal separately reported this week that Agile has raised around $1.5 billion cumulatively, generated roughly €300 million in revenue in 2025 and expects revenue to roughly double in 2026.
Around 10–15% of new contracts signed this year are expected to originate from businesses Agile has acquired.

ZenaTech closes its 27th Drone-as-a-Service acquisition
The acquisition adds another operating footprint through which ZenaTech plans to offer drone-based surveying, inspection and monitoring services.
Terms were not disclosed.
BiomX takes 10% stake in Motomea
BiomX acquired a 10% interest in Motomea, which develops electric-motor technology for drones and autonomous systems.
The transaction included cash and restricted BiomX shares alongside an exclusive licence covering certain drone motor-testing applications.

Carvolix secures up to €30 million
An initial €10 million (approximately $11 million) tranche was made available, with subsequent financing tied to milestones including regulatory progress for its Tavipilot robotic system.
ATOM Humanoid secures ¥1.5 billion loan
ATOM Humanoid secured a ¥1.5 billion (approximately $9.2 million) loan from Mizuho Bank.
The loan follows ATOM’s ¥3 billion (approximately $19 million) seed round, announced on 27 May and co-led by ANRI, Beyond Next Ventures and JAFCO. The seed financed development and commercialisation of dual-arm bipedal humanoids for manufacturing and logistics; the Mizuho facility is debt and remains outside this week’s private funding ledger.
