About ChiXin Semiconductor

ChiXin Semiconductor develops ultra-wideband system-on-chip devices for ranging, positioning and short-range sensing. Its CX100, CX310 and CX500 families combine radio-frequency circuitry, baseband processing and positioning functions for integration into automotive access systems, industrial equipment, connected devices and spatially aware machines.

The Changsha company was founded in 2020 and has moved the three chip families into mass production. ChiXin is extending UWB beyond conventional location services toward radar-style perception and embodied-intelligence applications, where compact ranging and sensing components can support robot localization, obstacle awareness and interaction. A September 2026 Series A+ round was disclosed at more than RMB200 million.
