Dahu Zhiyuan develops automated food-preparation systems for traditional Chinese meal and snack formats. Its Yuanhu AI jianbing robot automates batter dispensing, cooking, ingredient handling and serving for unattended retail and food-service locations, turning a multi-step manual workflow into a repeatable robotic process.
The Beijing company combines the physical cooking system with fleet-management software used to monitor machine status, faults and consumables across operating sites. In September 2026 it completed a Pre-A financing backed by existing investor Eagle Fund. The company said the proceeds would support AI algorithms, product upgrades and national market expansion; those plans are not treated as completed deployments.
