- 2026-09-23 - Partnership - Samsung C&T and HL Robotics agree PARKIE–Homeniq validation
Two PARKIE systems are planned for Raemian Gallery in Seoul to test vehicle entry and exit and gather operating data. The work will connect PARKIE robot controls with Homeniq residential services. The partners may later consider new Raemian developments and redevelopment or remodeling sites.

Hyundai Glovis will develop collection, storage and transport solutions; Samsung C&T will prepare building environments and customer services. The proposed workflow spans parcel receipt, sorting, inter-floor movement and delivery to office floors or desks. The partners plan to select application sites and begin proof-of-concept work in 2027 before defining a commercial service model.
