Mantis Standard
About
About Mantis Standard
Mantis Standard separates its manipulation and mobility hardware into quick-connect modules. The arms, waist, head and omnidirectional base can be configured independently, allowing a developer to assemble only the body needed for a task and expand it later.
The complete platform is 1.4 metres tall with 22 degrees of freedom, a seven-kilogram payload per arm and a three-hour stated runtime. Its base travels at up to three metres per second, while the waist provides 550 millimetres of vertical travel. BlueBug positions the system for embodied-AI development, education and task-specific prototyping.
