Anti-Lock Brake Assembly System

JR Automation's Anti-Lock Brake Assembly System feeds small terminals into housings, presses them into place and checks the resulting assembly. The machine combines closely toleranced mechanical construction with automated part presentation and quality verification, addressing a customer's requirement for an eight-second production cycle.

The design was also prepared for operation in both Japan and the United States, including the electrical codes and specifications required for those installations. Its compact, lightweight assembly architecture was developed within a constrained equipment budget. The resulting system brings insertion and inspection together around the customer's small-component manufacturing process.
