About
About Rapyuta Robotics
Rapyuta Robotics supplies warehouse automation across assisted picking, pallet transport and storage. PA-AMRs travel between pick locations, direct associates to the next item and carry completed orders to unloading, with fleet software selecting routes and coordinating multiple robots. Options support different tote sizes, split orders, RFID, automatic charging and in-motion weight checks.
The wider range includes a 1.35-ton autonomous forklift with pallet recognition and a 4.5-metre lift, plus a modular anchorless ASRS assembled without permanent floor infrastructure. Rapyuta combines these machines with cloud fleet control, simulation and implementation support, offering PA-AMR deployments through a fixed monthly robotics-as-a-service fee as well as conventional warehouse projects.

Timeline
Events
- 2026-10-21 - Deployment - Rapyuta ASRS starts operating at two Nippon Express sites
The installations connect with existing WMS and document workflows without a major system overhaul. The modular design supports phased expansion, dismantling and relocation as logistics requirements change. Nippon Express says its teams are still optimising bin subdivision, stored inventory and order batching.
Source - 2026-09-30 - Market Signal - Rapyuta ASRS exceeds 30 delivered sites and 10 operational sites
The system was introduced in August 2023 across logistics, publishing, manufacturing, electronics and other sectors. Its block structure needs no anchor construction and accommodates columns and fire equipment in new or existing warehouses. Customers can expand, reconfigure or relocate installations as their volumes change.
Source - 2026-08-31 - Product Launch - Rapyuta Robotics launches end-to-end warehouse automation solution
The solution combines Rapyuta PA-AMR, Rapyuta ASRS, autonomous forklifts, robotic piece picking and external material-handling equipment in one workflow design. rapyuta.io serves as the warehouse-control layer, coordinating robot and equipment handoffs as inbound timing, staffing and demand constraints change. Rapyuta built a six-equipment end-to-end demonstration and plans focused proposals with three logistics operators through March 2027.
Source - 2024-12-20 - Deployment - Rapyuta Robotics delivers PA-AMR system to IKO International
PA-AMR calculates efficient picking routes, coordinates multiple robots and guides warehouse associates through each assignment. IKO adopted the system to improve order-fulfilment productivity while reducing non-productive walking in its warehouse.
