About
About CRG Automation
CRG Automation engineers turnkey production and end-of-line systems around a customer's products, throughput and factory footprint. Its robotic cells cover case packing, palletising, depalletising, assembly, machine tending, welding and product collation, supported by custom end-of-arm tooling, machine vision, conveyors and controls.
Packaging projects can connect carton and case erection, labelling, palletising and stretch wrapping into one line; manufacturing work also spans precision assembly, leak testing, X-ray inspection and specialised disassembly. Mechanical, electrical and controls teams design and build systems at CRG's Louisville facility, complete factory acceptance testing, commission them on site and provide operator training, remote diagnostics, spare parts and ongoing maintenance.
