About GMEX Robotics
GMEX Robotics develops AI-enabled service robots, with an initial commercial focus on food preparation. Formerly Fitell Corporation, the Nasdaq-listed company is building its robotics business around purpose-built hardware and externally developed AI. Its 2F Culinary AI kitchen platform was unveiled in December 2025 for configurable meals and repetitive cooking work, with initial commercial orders and delivery activity underway.
The company plans to extend its approach into transportation and logistics, industrial automation and resource exploration. In October 2026 it completed the purchase of a 30% interest in Alpha Meta AI, the operator of MediaMeta.Ai, securing technology access and an option to increase its stake. MediaMeta's social-intelligence work for robotics remains in development as the partners identify applications for GMEX's hardware and AI architecture.
