MasterMover

MasterMover’s product range spans pedestrian-operated electric tugs, remote-controlled movers and autonomous towing vehicles. The machines couple to carts, stillages, aircraft components, tooling and other wheeled loads, then use battery-electric traction and powered steering to let one operator move weights extending from small roll cages to tens of tonnes. Custom couplings and stainless-steel or protected configurations adapt the same drive principles to different industries and environments.

For repetitive routes, MasterMover adds autonomous navigation, safety sensing and fleet software that coordinates vehicles with doors, traffic controls and other plant infrastructure. MasterConnect telematics provides access control, location, usage and diagnostic data across manual tug fleets. The company supports a staged route from safer assisted movement to fully automated intralogistics, with sales, rental, engineering and maintenance services around the equipment.
