Re:Build Manufacturing combines design engineering, prototyping, materials, automation and serial production across a distributed group of specialised US businesses. Customers can move a product from mechanical, electrical and software development into tooling, composite fabrication, machining, assembly and testing without transferring responsibility to an unrelated contract manufacturer.
Its facilities serve aerospace, defence, mobility, industrial equipment, energy and healthcare programmes, including products requiring low-rate introduction before scaling. The network comprises more than 400 engineers, over one million square feet of operating space and at least 14 locations, allowing programmes to place work with the relevant specialist site while retaining group-level commercial and engineering coordination.

The range covers endurance, heavy-lift and high-discharge flight profiles, alongside pack qualification and integration support.
