  • 2021-03-01 - Acquisition - Dunkermotoren acquires EGS Automation

    EGS remained a legally independent business at its Donaueschingen site and all 54 employees transferred with the company. The acquisition connected EGS robot cells with Dunkermotoren motors, gearboxes, controls and industrial networking. Dunkermotoren reported group sales above €300 million in 2020 and a worldwide workforce of roughly 1,200 at the time.
