About Dromont Group
Dromont engineers automated production and fulfilment lines for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, chemicals, food and cosmetics. Factory systems meter liquid and powder ingredients from silos or storage, dispense formulations into cans and move containers through mixing, labelling, lidding, palletising and order-handling stages.
In-can lines add denesting, robotic multi-can mixing and automatic closure equipment around precise dosing machines. Retail tinting and e-commerce lines extend the same formulation control to stores and distributed order fulfilment. Dromont designs projects from concept through commissioning and connects machine controls through a server-centred software layer that combines HMI, SCADA and MES functions, communicates with customer systems and supports remote monitoring, production data and predictive maintenance.

- 2025-12-22 - Demonstration - DualForce halves carbon-black milling time in Isaval benchmark
Both machines processed the same 1,000-litre carbon-black batch under identical production conditions. DualForce cut processing time from eight hours to four while holding temperature near 50 degrees Celsius. The benchmark produced a 50% lower conversion cost plus improved colour quality and reduced energy use.

The programme included water and solvent colour plants plus two 2022 installations for solvent paint and aggregates. The newest system started from an empty container and produced precisely proportioned thick-layer acrylic in about 45 seconds. Isaval said fully automated six-silo dosing lifted service capacity by 300% and supported 24-hour project response.

The turnkey project improved throughput, colour matching and process quality through high-accuracy dosing. A scale-in-scale platform selected among 60 kg, 300 kg and 3,000 kg measurement ranges. Factory prefabrication shortened on-site assembly, while direct dosing removed a separate filling and batch-tank cleaning step.

Online demand flowed through Licks e-commerce and ERP systems into Dromonts manufacturing platform. The line switched between can sizes, bases, sheens and colours and turned empty cans into packed goods in about five minutes. The service offered more than 125 colours in 2.5-litre and 5-litre tins for next-day professional delivery.

The plant drew quartz and sand from big bags or silos and combined them with bases, colorants and additives. Enclosed aspirated stirrers mixed while dosing to eliminate dust and support on-demand small batches. Dromont rated output at 25 tonnes per day for white product and 15 tonnes per shift for coloured product.

The e-commerce line automated filling, tinting, mixing, cap closure and shipment sorting across varied container sizes. A patented robot station automatically screwed lids while cloud software linked Dromont controls to the customers online platform. The laboratory line used three 0.01-gram scales and the same robotised cap closure for repeatable 8-ounce samples.
