    The April 30 Wolong article says the launch ceremony took place on April 9 with Wolong, AgiBot and local government representatives present. A cooperation-operation agreement was signed by Shaoxing Shangyu Caoejiang Economic Development Zone Construction Development, AgiBot and Zhejiang SIR Robotics. The center is intended to build data-collection, model-training, technical-exchange and industrial-empowerment infrastructure for industrial embodied-intelligence deployment.

  • 2025-04-30 - Partnership - Wolong signs smart-manufacturing partnership with JAKA Robotics

    The agreement was signed on April 23, 2025 at JAKA Robotics Innovation Park and published by Wolong Group on April 30. The cooperation combines Wolong electric-drive systems with JAKA collaborative-robot technology, including plans for an artificial-intelligence joint laboratory.     Wolong Electric became a strategic AgiBot shareholder through an equity investment agreement announced on March 25, 2025. The cooperation targets embodied-intelligence robot core technology, industrialized applications and ecosystem construction. Wolong said it had development and production capacity for frameless torque motors, reducers, servo drives and solid joint modules to support AgiBot robot iteration and application work.

    Zhejiang SIR Robotics, a Wolong Electric subsidiary, signed an equity investment agreement with AgiBot for a strategic capital injection by capital increase and share expansion. SIR Robotics brought industrial-robot system-integration work across automotive and renewable-energy manufacturing, with more than 4,000 disclosed landing cases. The companies planned demonstration projects in flexible manufacturing, industrial automation and AI cleaning, so the fact is a subsidiary ecosystem partnership rather than a direct Wolong capital raise.
