About B-Robotics

B-Robotics supplies serving robots through the Baemin Robot service, combining the mobile platform with installation, operating support and connected store tools. Baemin Robot S uses an autonomous base, obstacle sensing and four serving trays to move dishes between kitchens and tables. A 10.1-inch display shows guidance or promotional content, while staff call and dispatch the robot through its operating interface.

The commercial model includes a three-day trial, ongoing service through Dilly Care and certified-used robots inspected for redeployment. Used units receive a replacement guarantee and access to the same maintenance organization. B-Robotics also supports clearing and return workflows for empty dishes. As a Woowa Brothers subsidiary, it manages the robots as an operating service within the Baemin restaurant ecosystem.
