About Robotic VISION Technologies

Robotic VISION Technologies develops machine-vision software for guiding industrial robots in three dimensions. Its Vision Factory platform uses camera images to locate and identify parts, then sends corrected positions to the robot, accommodating variation in part presentation without requiring a dedicated mechanical fixture for every pose.

AutoTrain captures views of a component from multiple robot positions to build the recognition model, while automated calibration aligns the camera, robot and workspace. The software supports random bin picking, assembly, machine tending, packaging and inspection using commercially available cameras and major robot brands. RVT supplies the vision layer to manufacturers and systems integrators rather than tying deployments to proprietary robot hardware.
