About FloxMind
FloxMind sits between warehouse business systems and the control software supplied with individual robot fleets. It receives orders, inventory priorities and operating constraints from WMS, WES or ERP systems, then normalises commands and status messages across different robot vendors. Its runtime handles task allocation, traffic rules, congestion, exceptions and live execution visibility across shared zones.
The platform is introduced incrementally, allowing a warehouse to adopt it without a full replacement project. Operators can connect one workflow or fleet, validate it in production and extend the same coordination layer across inbound, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and outbound operations. FloxMind also provides deployment, configuration and runtime support, allowing 3PLs and brands to change or add robot hardware without rebuilding the orchestration logic around each supplier.
