Golytec Automation develops magnetic-drive conveying, assembly and digital-factory systems for high-throughput production. Its iTS-L linear loop, iTS-LT and heavy-duty transfer systems, iWS logistics loop, control software and components move workpieces between process stations with programmable motion.

The systems target semiconductor, EV-battery, electronics, new-energy vehicle, medical, pharmaceutical and food-packaging lines. Golytec combines transport hardware, controls, application engineering and service support, giving manufacturers a modular movement layer for synchronised handling, assembly and inspection.

    Golytec announced Chi Feng selection as a 2023 Shanghai Outstanding Engineer on October 7, 2023. The programme selected ten engineers after recommendation, qualification review and multiple assessment stages. The company tied the recognition to Feng's work on difficult flexible-transport engineering problems and continued development of iTS magnetic-drive technology.

  • 2023-09-28 - Award - Shanghai names Golytec a patent-work pilot

    Golytec announced the designation on September 28, 2023 after review and approval by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration. The company was one of 150 organizations named as 2023 enterprise and public-institution patent-work pilot units. Golytec committed to a formal pilot plan covering greater investment in patent creation, application, protection and management.

  • 2023-07-15 - Demonstration - Golytec demonstrates iTS electronics-production solution

    Golytec showed the solution at the Chengdu international electronics-manufacturing exhibition held July 13-15, 2023. The demonstrated system supports smartphone assembly, dispensing, inspection, welding and robot-integrated process steps. Golytec specified speeds up to 2.5 metres per second, acceleration up to 5g and repeat positioning at the 10-micrometre level.
