About
About Foresight Autonomous Holdings
ScaleCam converts synchronised images from separated cameras into a three-dimensional depth map without requiring a fixed proprietary camera assembly. Developers can select sensors, lens spacing and fields of view around the host vehicle, then use Foresight’s calibration and stereo-processing software to detect objects and measure distance.
The architecture supports passenger vehicles, autonomous logistics platforms and industrial machines requiring configurable perception range and resolution. Foresight supplies software, processing hardware and development kits through proof-of-concept and integration programmes, including evaluations with Japanese automotive organisations and autonomous-equipment partners in Asia.

Timeline
Events
- 2026-08-20 - Partnership - Foresight and VisionWave formalize VARAN autonomous-UGV cooperation
The framework covers joint integration, demonstrations, proof-of-concept programmes, customer evaluations and potential commercialization. Foresight will support VARAN business development in South Korea, Japan, India and Singapore; VisionWave may promote approved integrated military solutions globally. Specific customer programmes, production commitments and commercial terms still require separate definitive agreements.

Testing covers configurable danger zones, detection and tracking of vehicles and pedestrians, intrusion identification and automatic alerts. Successful completion against agreed performance indicators would trigger a joint development and commercialisation agreement. Foresight projected up to $21.5 million of potential revenue over 2027–2031 under the proposed commercial programme.
Source - 2026-06-08 - Funding - VisionWave signs conditional $17.5M strategic investment in Foresight
The agreement contemplates a two-stage investment of up to $17.5 million and a controlling interest in Foresight. VisionWave and Foresight also planned a perception-technology collaboration. Closing remains subject to regulatory, exchange and shareholder approvals.
