Robo.ai Group
About
About Robo.ai Group
Robo.ai operates as a listed technology group assembling capabilities across artificial intelligence, robotics, connected vehicles, manufacturing and digital infrastructure. Its expansion model uses acquisitions, joint ventures and regional partnerships to assemble the group’s operating capabilities.
The group includes Neurovia AI and its NeuroStream architecture for processing and compressing high-volume visual data at the edge. Other programmes are structured around local vehicle engineering, assembly, logistics and commercial deployments. Robo.ai therefore functions as a platform and investment group whose operating capabilities depend on the subsidiaries and partners executing each programme.

On 6 September 2025, Robo.ai and EVT Aerotechnics signed a cooperation agreement to establish a UAE joint venture for eVTOL sales, local assembly and market development. Robo.ai would hold 51% and contribute facilities, regulatory and market-access support, while EVT would hold 49% and license eVTOL technology outside mainland China. The planned venture would distribute aircraft under EVT’s RoVtol brand and localize products for the UAE, but definitive JV documents and formal establishment were still outstanding, so this remains a signed cooperation agreement rather than an operating venture.
