Mobileye completed its acquisition of 100% of Mentee Robotics on February 3, 2026. Intel's filed purchase accounting records a $637 million purchase price, primarily $596 million in cash net of cash acquired plus Mobileye shares not contingent on continued employment; employment-contingent stock in the headline $900 million package is excluded.

Mentee Robotics joined Mobileye after the companies completed their previously announced acquisition.
