About APT

APT engineers warehouse projects from system design through controls, software, installation and maintenance. Its work spans automated storage and retrieval, conveyors, sortation and mobile equipment, while its WMS, WCS and WES layers coordinate inventory and equipment across the facility.

The business traces its operating origins to 1984 and established the current corporate entity in 2009. Ryobi Systems acquired all shares on 31 July 2026, combining APT's material-handling engineering with Ryobi's logistics IT and warehouse-management systems.
