About Farmwave
Farmwave develops retrofit camera and computing systems that measure grain loss while a combine is harvesting. Cameras monitor the header and the machine's discharge, counting grain in images and separating header losses from losses inside the combine. Results appear in the cab so the operator can adjust machine settings without stopping to make manual counts.
The company's Precision Harvest system runs its image-processing software locally on a rugged Dell tablet, allowing operation without a cloud connection. Configurations use one to six cameras according to the crop and combine layout. Saved field sessions produce reports that associate loss measurements with the machine, operator, crop and location. Farmwave sells through equipment and agricultural technology partners, including distributors in Brazil and Argentina, combining an aftermarket installation model with regional setup and support.
