About SENSYS
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Bad Saarow, SENSYS designs magnetic and electromagnetic measurement systems for geophysical survey work. The company combines sensor development, data acquisition, carrier integration and analysis software for applications ranging from unexploded-ordnance detection to archaeology and infrastructure mapping.
Its robotics relevance is clearest in MagDrone and other platform-agnostic configurations. Lightweight magnetometer payloads can be carried by UAVs, while modular instruments can be integrated with ground vehicles, AUVs and ROVs for surveys that are hazardous, repetitive or difficult to access manually. SENSYS is therefore tracked as an environmental-sensing supplier rather than as the manufacturer of the mobile platform itself.

The five-sensor frame can be configured for wider coverage or denser spatial sampling. The payload targets UXO search and high-resolution mapping where ground surveys are impractical. An internal server, local storage and 200 hertz sampling support field control and data capture from a UAV.
