About Quake Global
Quake Global designs and manufactures industrial machine-to-machine modems and tracking systems for equipment operating across construction, agriculture, logistics, healthcare and other remote or mobile environments. Its configurable products combine satellite, cellular, GNSS, Wi-Fi, V2X, BLE and RFID connectivity with device management and analytics.
The company has a named autonomous-robot integration with Yanmar. In 2023, Yanmar selected Quake as the exclusive telematics-hardware supplier for the YV01 autonomous vineyard spraying robot, using a customised programmable modem to synchronise route maps and real-time vehicle location. Quake remains an active San Diego-based supplier in 2026; the Yanmar integration is retained as a dated product example rather than presented as a newly announced contract.

The YV01 uses a programmable Quake modem customized for the spraying application. The modem synchronizes the robot’s route map with real-time location information during vineyard operations. The selection extended Quake’s existing telematics work with Yanmar construction and agricultural machinery into an autonomous spraying platform.
