About SWM

SWM develops autonomous-driving systems that combine perception, planning, control, vehicle integration and fleet monitoring. Its Armstrong platform has progressed through multiple compute generations and is deployed in road-going robotaxis built on production vehicle platforms.

The company operates paid autonomous passenger services in South Korea and uses public-road operations to develop its data and software stack. In Seoul's Gangnam service, SWM is expanding its fleet from five to 13 vehicles from 20 August 2026 as part of a 19-vehicle programme jointly operated with Kakao Mobility.
