About PlusAI
PlusAI develops SuperDrive, a Level 4 virtual driver designed for integration into factory-built commercial trucks. The system combines camera, radar and lidar perception with redundant compute, actuation and electrical architecture. PlusAI works with truck manufacturers including TRATON brands, Hyundai and IVECO, and its commercial fleet trial with International and Ryder runs freight on a 600-mile Texas corridor.
HyperFoundry extends the company’s operating stack into a physical-AI development platform. Its Data Factory, Model Factory and SimVerse modules organize multimodal fleet data, train and port driving models, and run closed-loop simulation and evaluation. PlusAI reports more than seven million autonomous miles. In September 2026 it signed a new business-combination agreement with Texas Ventures Acquisition III, with closing still subject to approvals and other conditions.
