About NORDA Dynamics
NORDA Dynamics builds a drone-autonomy ecosystem around Underdog CORE, a platform-agnostic onboard AI stack for GNSS-denied navigation, target recognition, terminal guidance and local decision-making. Its products support strike, interception and other unmanned-aircraft missions where communications and satellite navigation may be disrupted.
Founded in 2024, the Ukrainian-Estonian company is headquartered in Estonia with engineering and operations in Lviv. In a joint August 2026 release, NORDA said its technology had been integrated with dozens of Ukrainian drone manufacturers, used by more than 200 Ukrainian defense units and evaluated across tens of thousands of engagements.

- 2026-08-26 - Partnership - Palladyne AI and NORDA plan SwarmOS–Underdog integration
SwarmOS would provide distributed multi-vehicle perception, target assignment and coordination. Underdog would handle GNSS-denied terminal pursuit and guidance after target handoff. The companies plan integration on one or more unmanned platforms and a joint demonstration, subject to necessary government approvals.

The announced effort combines Swarmer autonomy with detection, counter-drone and targeting technologies from participating partners. NORDA is named as a partner contributing to development of the system for Group 1-3 unmanned aircraft and unmanned surface vessels up to eight metres. The initiative targets a turnkey defence service for Group 1-3 unmanned aircraft and unmanned surface vessels up to eight metres.
