Cyberhawk combines specialist UAS pilots and inspection engineers with iHawk, a geospatial workspace that consolidates drone, satellite, helicopter, ground and IoT data. Customers use the platform to review asset condition, compare inspection histories, assign remedial work and feed visual findings into maintenance decisions.
The company also offers managed Drone-in-a-Box deployments that automate recurring collection and upload inspection data directly into iHawk. Its operating footprint covers utilities, oil and gas, renewables and capital projects across the United Kingdom, United States and Middle East.

The award covers SSE's economically regulated electricity transmission and distribution networks across Britain. Cyberhawk also won Lot 2 for offshore wind-turbine inspections, extending its work into SSE's offshore renewable assets. The companies renewed a separate multi-year iHawk-as-a-Service agreement in their third consecutive long-term award after more than a decade of work together.

Ondas described the transaction value as approximately $125 million in its completion announcement. The acquisition adds Cyberhawk's proprietary visual-data platform, AI analytics and customer relationships to Ondas' autonomous-systems portfolio. Ondas said the transaction closed on 10 August 2026 and that a related Form 8-K would be filed with the SEC that day.
