Phoenix Air Unmanned is a commercial UAS operator focused on infrastructure inspection, lidar mapping and aerial data acquisition. Its work covers utilities, oil and gas, engineering, survey and public-sector projects, supported by aviation maintenance, qualified flight crews and regulatory approvals for operations beyond visual line of sight.
For a Shell Pipeline mission, the company flew an Event 38 E455 fixed-wing VTOL aircraft for 16 BVLOS flights covering 332.4 miles in 7.72 hours. Elsight Halo connectivity carried command, telemetry, video and mission data between the aircraft and remote operations team.
