About THEKER Robotics
THEKER develops its own software, electronics and mechanical systems around industrial tasks with changing inputs. Its generalist approach is intended to handle mixed stock-keeping units, irregular shapes and variation in the working environment without manually reprogramming each change. Learning continues during production as the company refines the behaviour of deployed machines.
Founded in Barcelona in 2022 by Carla Gómez Cano and Jiaqiang Ye Zhu, THEKER combines hardware development with teams responsible for deployments at customer sites. Its June 2026 financing announcement set out plans to expand those teams and deepen the proprietary AI and robotics stack. The commercial focus is deployment with industrial operators across manufacturing, logistics and retail.
