Zongwei Automation

Zongwei Automation develops intelligent magnetic-drive conveying systems for production lines. Its sTrak platform uses linear-motor sections to move carriers independently, allowing each workpiece to accelerate, stop, queue or change spacing for its assigned station sequence. Non-contact propulsion reduces mechanical wear and particulate generation, while modular track layouts support clean, compact and reconfigurable manufacturing equipment.

The range includes ring, shuttle, heavy-load and high-speed logistics configurations for batteries, electronics, semiconductors, automotive components, medical products, consumer goods and food processing. sTrak Studio provides graphical configuration, motion parameters, monitoring and digital simulation, linking carrier movement with robots, inspection stations and other equipment. Zongwei supplies the programmable material-transport layer and engineering tools; machine builders integrate the surrounding assembly, dispensing, inspection and safety processes.
