About Arducam
Arducam began by making open camera hardware and software for Arduino and Raspberry Pi and has expanded into a broad embedded-imaging supplier. Its catalogue covers sensor boards, lenses, USB cameras, MIPI modules, autofocus systems, synchronized multi-camera assemblies, depth products and interfaces for platforms including NVIDIA Jetson.
The company is relevant to robotics because cameras must be selected and integrated as complete optical, sensor, interface and driver systems. Arducam offers global-shutter modules for motion, stereo and multi-camera configurations for depth and panoramic capture, and custom engineering for form factor, lens, filter and cable requirements. The company remains a perception-component supplier: visual SLAM, inspection or autonomy applications are implemented by customers on top of its imaging hardware.
