About Fuzzy Logic Robotics
Fuzzy Logic Robotics develops software for programming and controlling industrial robots without conventional robot-language coding. Its modular platform covers real-time control, CAD- or mesh-derived paths, workflow sequencing, trajectory generation, collision detection and kinematics.
The company supports multiple robot manufacturers and packages the technology into application systems such as WeldMate. Deployment performance depends on the connected arm, process equipment, safety design and validated cell configuration.
Team
- Ryan Lober - Co-founder and CEO - Lober leads Fuzzy Logic Robotics and is quoted as CEO in the company's FIREP distribution release.
Timeline
Events
- 2025-12-11 - Product Launch - Fuzzy Studio and Fuzzy RTC 5.1 add calibration and motion-control tools
The calibration tool aligns virtual workpieces to measured positions using robot-jogged reference points. Robot inputs and outputs can be embedded directly within trajectories and sequences for most supported brands. Version 5.1 added official Fairino support beginning with the FR10 robot.
Source - 2025-09-24 - Partnership - ENCY integrates and distributes Fuzzy RTC for multi-brand robot control
The integration extends ENCY Hyper compatibility to ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Stäubli, Universal Robots, Yaskawa and FAIRINO systems. Fuzzy RTC provides low-latency communication and trajectory control inside the ENCY Hyper programming environment. ENCY acts as a technology partner and provider of Fuzzy Logic solutions under the agreement.
Source - 2025-06-24 - Partnership - Fuzzy Logic Robotics appoints FIREP as first WeldMate distributor
FIREP brings welding-equipment sales, rental and maintenance operations in Angers and Lorient. WeldMate teaches welding paths from operator gestures and calculates robot trajectories through Fuzzy real-time control. The ready-to-use cell targets small batches and production environments with high part variability.
Source - 2025-05-14 - Product Launch - Fuzzy 5.0 adds standalone runtime and external robot communication
Fuzzy RTOS Standalone can run a project without Fuzzy Studio remaining connected. MQTT, TCP and UDP were added for external-device communication and data exchange. The release added Universal Robots I/O support and compatibility with ABB IRB 2400-16/1.55 and KUKA KR30 HA arms.
Source - 2025-04-28 - Product Launch - Fuzzy Studio 4.9 adds fast operating mode and CAD workpieces
Fast mode raised the stated Cartesian limit from 250 millimetres per second to 2,000 millimetres per second. Imported CAD files can be designated as workpieces for surface, contour and cursor-pose path generation. A new singularity-detection algorithm warns users and suggests waypoint changes before trajectory execution.
Source - 2024-01-29 - Partnership - Fuzzy Logic and Visionic automate aerospace-parts cleaning cell
Visionic developed the robotic cell with the robot, chassis, hydraulic circuits, filtration and particle recovery hardware. Fuzzy Studio controlled the robot trajectories so operators could program cleaning paths without advanced robotics expertise. The application targeted repeatable washing of aerospace parts that were difficult to clean manually.
