Ondrives

Ondrives cuts, grinds and inspects spur, helical, worm and other precision gearing, and assembles gearbox and transmission components for equipment builders. Its engineering team can modify a standard part or manufacture to a customer drawing, including low- and medium-volume requirements. Robotics is an explicitly served market for those mechanical drive parts rather than a separate robot product line.

The Chesterfield company operates in-house CNC machining, gear cutting and dimensional inspection. Its current quality systems include AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 approvals, which support traceability for safety-critical programmes. Standard product sales and custom engineering enquiries use its published commercial route.
