About Grab
Grab Holdings Limited is a Nasdaq-listed Southeast Asian technology group headquartered in Singapore. Founded in 2012, its platform coordinates ride-hailing, delivery and financial services across the region through dispatch, routing, mapping, payments and local operating infrastructure.
Grab is extending that operating layer into autonomous mobility rather than developing a proprietary end-to-end driving stack. It operates the Ai.R public autonomous shuttle service with WeRide in Punggol, is preparing on-demand autonomous rides, and has partnerships or investments involving WeRide, May Mobility, Momenta, Autonomous A2Z, Motional and Zelos. Grab also acts as Hesai’s exclusive lidar distributor in Southeast Asia and describes robotics and urban embodied AI as a core next-stage strategy.
