About EKOLOT Aerospace & Defense
EKOLOT Aerospace & Defense develops unmanned aircraft and mission-system architectures for surveillance, reconnaissance and counter-UAS roles. Its ZEUS family is designed around modular payloads, communications, autonomy and onboard mission processing rather than a fixed sensor configuration.
The company is extending ZEUS from an ISR carrier into a multisensor ISTAR node. Current development includes IMSAR synthetic-aperture radar integration and three counter-UAS concepts covering direct airborne engagement, coordinated interceptor deployment and guided effectors carried by larger unmanned aircraft.

- 2026-09-11 - Capability - EKOLOT details three ZEUS-based counter-UAS system concepts
One concept combines ZEUS, EO/IR sensing and a remotely operated weapon system for airborne and ground engagement. A mothership configuration is designed to carry and coordinate smaller interceptors. A Class II ZEUS configuration would carry lightweight guided effectors for longer-range drone neutralization.
Source - 2026-09-11 - Partnership - EKOLOT advances IMSAR NSP-5 radar integration on ZEUS UAS
The Ku-band NSP-5 provides synthetic-aperture imaging and moving-target indication over land and maritime environments. ZEUS is being developed to pass radar detections into EO/IR investigation, classification and identification workflows. The collaboration supports a modular multisensor ISR, ISTAR and counter-UAS mission chain.
Source - 2026-02-12 - Partnership - EKOLOT integrates UAV Navigation flight control into ZEUS VTOL
Inertial navigation and the VNS visual-navigation system support operation without GNSS. Expansion into Poland and Latin America is planned; ZEUS G and CTOL integrations remain future work.
