About Healthcare Triangle
Healthcare Triangle provides cloud, data and technology services to hospitals, health systems and life-sciences organisations. Its CloudEz and DataEz platforms support cloud operations and data analysis, alongside consulting and healthcare-system implementation work. Founded in 2019 and based in Pleasanton, California, the company is developing a robotics programme with Malaysia’s AI World for North American hospitals.
The proposed nursing systems would assist clinical staff with patient toileting, cleaning and hygiene care. Healthcare Triangle would arrange manufacturing, financing and distribution, while AI World would provide technical knowledge, engineering and software support. The parties have signed a largely non-binding memorandum of understanding. A joint venture, clinical validation, regulatory clearances and hospital pilots remain planned steps before commercial rollout. A separate proposed purchase of Roboticom business assets would extend the company into industrial robotic surface treatment.
