About
About Innoseis Sensor Technologies
InnoSeis Sensor Technologies develops ultra-sensitive, low-power MEMS accelerometers and matching readout electronics. Originating in gravitational-wave detector research, its Graviton architecture miniaturises an anti-spring proof-mass suspension into a silicon device for measuring very small acceleration and vibration signals.
The integrated MEMS and ASIC platform operates across a zero-to-200-hertz bandwidth, consumes as little as 20 milliwatts and packages the sensor in a 9-by-9-by-3-millimetre, 1.5-gram form. Single- and multi-channel configurations target seismic arrays, structural and machine monitoring, inertial navigation, robotics and spacecraft instrumentation. The current sensor business builds on earlier Quantum wireless seismic-node development for distributed, battery-powered field acquisition.

Events
- 2026-06-09 - Funding - InnoSeis raises EUR 6 million seed round
FORWARD.one led the round. The company said the capital would streamline its production chain, expand its team and support entry into additional markets. InnoSeis targets geophysics, navigation, robotics and space applications with ultra-sensitive microchip-scale sensing.
Source - 2026-05-19 - Deployment - Konin geothermal survey in Poland uses Innoseis MEMS sensors
The 2D survey investigates reservoir continuity, fracture zones and faults. The Poland deployment follows a Hungary trial and is the second of three major URGENT field trials. The project receives European Commission Horizon Europe funding.
Source - 2026-03-17 - Deployment - InnoSeis deploys seismic nodes in Hungary geothermal trial
The sensor array was deployed to capture subtle ground vibrations and image subsurface structures in a noisy field environment. Seismic Mechatronics Hurricane vibroseis truck generated controlled waves for the survey. The Horizon Europe-funded trial evaluates sensing approaches for geothermal reservoir imaging and heating-sector decarbonisation.
Source - 2025-02-11 - Partnership - InnoSeis and Nikhef begin low-power sensing ASIC project
The project combines InnoSeis patented MEMS sensor with a custom ASIC intended to reduce size, power consumption and cost. The consortium received a EUR 700,000 Holland High Tech grant for the development work. Target applications include geothermal imaging, carbon-storage monitoring, precision navigation, satellites and autonomous vehicles.
Source - 2024-10-14 - Capability - Innoseis delivers Regolith seismometer prototypes to Fleet Space
The first prototypes were delivered in August2024. Regolith is designed to measure lunar geological and seismic activity using low-power MEMS sensing. Fleet Space planned to test the prototypes before incorporating them into SPIDER; lunar deployment remained a future mission.
