Stridar

Stridar develops modular unmanned ground vehicles for dangerous, remote and contested environments. The platform extends sensors and communications beyond a human team's position and carries payloads for intelligence, surveillance, electronic warfare, delivery and other tactical-edge missions.

MissionFrame uses standard motor-and-battery chassis modules that can be joined to increase payload capacity, then fitted with task-specific equipment. This common hardware approach supports rapid field reconfiguration, repair and scalable manufacture across several vehicle sizes. Remote-operation technology connects the robots with human teams, while development and testing with civilian and military partners focuses on mine-clearance and distributed operations where equipment loss and difficult access are expected.
