About Sankai
Sankai develops and manufactures precision planetary, harmonic and other geared transmission systems. Its industrial reducers serve machine tools, automated production and AGV/AMR applications, while smaller joint reducers address the space, weight and shock-load requirements of robots. The company is extending its mechanical integration toward motor-and-reducer joint modules.
Founded in 2007, Sankai operates its manufacturing base in Wenling and a sales and research centre in Hangzhou. Its first factory phase is operating, while a second plant project is intended to add capacity for one million precision gear reducers annually after completion and ramp-up. The company supplies robot joint components and works with the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center; its broader SKGR range also includes servo motors and drives.
