10Lines
About
About 10Lines
An operator creates or uploads a pavement layout, positions the 10Lines robot on site and supervises while it follows the digital plan. High-precision positioning removes much of the measuring, string-lining and chalk pre-marking that normally precedes paint application. The system handles repeated parking bays, symbols and other paved-surface markings in day or low-light conditions.
10Lines builds the robot and planning workflow around existing striping contractors. Operators remain responsible for site setup, paint, obstacles and quality checks while the machine executes the mapped geometry. The company records customer operation in the United States and Europe and reported further U.S. expansion in February 2026. Productivity still varies with layout complexity, coating, surface and access.

Timeline
Events
- 2025-11-13 - Deployment - 10Lines begins operating pavement-marking robots in the United States
The first U.S. operating units followed pilot projects completed in Estonia. 10Lines uses satellite positioning, onboard sensing and digital job layouts to automate measuring, pre-marking and striping. The deployment established a commercial operating base for the company's subsequent East Coast and wider U.S. expansion.

Tera Ventures and Karista jointly led the round, with Butterfly Ventures and former Uber, Wise and Wolt executive Mike Oliinyk participating. The company had already established a U.S. presence and was targeting demand for automated parking-lot and road-marking workflows. 10Lines said the capital would accelerate robot and software development, add engineering staff and strengthen its U.S. commercial operation.

Tera Ventures led the EUR700,000 seed round and U.S. investor Perot Jain co-invested. 10Lines said its robot combined satellite positioning and other sensors for 1-2 cm marking accuracy while eliminating much of the measuring and pre-marking process. The company planned to use the capital for product completion, production, hiring and commercial scale-up after reference projects in Estonia and U.S. customer letters of intent.
